Al & Jen were shopping for a vacation home that their family could use as an investment property. Their home search requirements were exact: ensuring that the house had enough room for the whole family to visit, being sold furnished or turnkey was necessary for their budget, and the location was also a key factor to the search.

With inventory very limited and prices exceeding their budget, only a handful of options were available to show them when they came into town to begin the search. Their dream home went on the market furnished, with room for the whole family, a pool, gulf access, close to shopping and dining, and ready to go as a turnkey vacation rental! Since we paid attention to what was on the market, we promptly jumped and were able to secure Al and Jen their dream home. Our quick action and forming a relationship with the listing agent made this transaction come together nicely.

During the buyer’s inspection period, we negotiated a costly roof repair paid for by the seller to save them even more money when it came to their homeowner’s insurance!
